1. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping to the following regions (Europe is not included in our shipping coverage at this time):
United States: (except Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, Virgin Islands)
Canada
Australia
2. U.S. Shipping (Faster Delivery via Local Warehouses)
To provide faster service for U.S. customers, we maintain local warehouses across the United States. Here’s what you can expect:
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays).
Transit Time: Due to our U.S. local warehouses, most domestic orders arrive within 3–5 business days after processing. Remote areas (e.g., parts of Alaska, Hawaii) may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Tracking Info: Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address linked to your order. You can use this number to monitor your package’s status via our website or the carrier’s platform.
3. Shipping to Canada & Australia
For orders shipping to Canada and Australia (no local warehouses available), delivery timelines are as follows:
Processing Time: Same as U.S. orders—1–2 business days.
Transit Time:
Canada: 7–10 business days after processing (may be extended by customs clearance, which is beyond our control).
Australia: 10–14 business days after processing (customs processing may add 2–3 extra days in some cases).
Customs & Duties: International orders (Canada, Australia) may be subject to local customs fees, taxes, or duties. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. MiniKey does not cover or reimburse these costs.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation (also referred to as a Shipment Notification) email. This email includes your order number, shipping details, and package tracking number—you can track your order and view shipping and handling information here.
If you do not receive the above shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please first check your spam folder. If it still cannot be found, contact our teamat service@minikey.net for assistance.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system after your order ships—please allow time for this delay.
Note: If you still cannot track your order, please contact our customer support to check it.
5. Shipping Exceptions
During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, Cyber Monday) or due to unforeseen events (e.g., weather delays, carrier disruptions), processing and transit times may be extended by 2–3 business days. We’ll notify you via email if your order is affected by significant delays.
